EJI has a blogspot now! Not sure how I get to his, but I'll try.
Yesterday, Daniel Allen was welcomed into the world by Jchon and Dawn! 8.6 lbs, 21.5 in.!
The rest of the week will be spend getting ready for next weekend at Dallas. SOOOOO much to do and SOOOOOO little time. It makes me dizzy thinking about it. And work..I am so behind at work! At least 50 cases sitting on my desk ready to be worked...

A Spot of Paradise
A Spot of Paradise
I found out today I have a fellow blogger on blogspot besides Sarah Stuck! My dear daughter-in-law Dawn! It would be nice if we all kept up on our day to day lives.
Today though was another good day for me. A young girl from North Carolina got her passport in time to go on a mission trip today because we bulldogged it through the Chicago passport office. It was a close call..it didn't get picked up by fedex until late this after noon, but she will have it in hand prior to 4 am Saturday! THESE are the things that make my job so awesome...
Tonight I was still pouring acryilics. I have about 12 gallons more to go, but somewhere on long the line I have to stop and do the kimple order ..about 2400 botttles! We have almost signed the lease for our traditionary studio! I am pretty excited...I hope we can pull it off!

A Spot of Paradise
A Spot of Paradise
Wow, I am looking at this blog for the first time in a year! Can you believe the changes! This March I am working in a different Congressional office, Frank has had VNS surgery (last August), we purchased Fashenhues in October and a new house in March! Yikes, what year!
Tonight I was bottling acrylics as we are low on several colors. Starting tomorrow (hopefully) I need to start bottling stains for a large order for Kimple. They want it before we leave for the Dayton Show on the 10th of this month. I am taking 5 days off for that show and one day for the Dallas show two weeks later. That should be it for awhile. But it is going to be a wild two weeks.
We are also looking seriously at opening a store front and becoming the new wave of the future at "traditionary" studio. Whew! a challenge to say the least.
OK..have to write myself some emails to remind myself of many things for tomorrow. I will try and write me more often!
